Insurance and Medicare
Insurance Networks: We are out-of-network with all private insurance carriers. We will provide you with a Superbill (receipt) for direct reimbursement if your insurance accepts out-of-network assignment.
Medicare: We only accept traditional (original) Medicare with fees ranging from $60 for the first visit (exam not covered) and $0 - $11 for follow-up adjustments (pending coverage verification). We are unable to accept Medicare Advantage or any replacement plans.
Flexible Spending: We accept FSA/HSA cards for all payments.
